Job Role: Part-Time Creative (Mid-to-Senior)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, mid-to-senior level Creative (2+ years of experience) to join our team as a part-time lead for client projects. This is a high-autonomy role for a self-starter who can take a brief, establish clear visual direction, and execute efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-impact visual assets to lead our client engagements. You will work closely with our leadership and internal team to ensure all outputs are visually cohesive, brand-aligned, and ready for high-stakes deployment. This role is scoped for 20 hours per week with a potential path to full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Take ownership of client projects from brief to final delivery. Set visual direction for campaigns and assets, ensuring they elevate our clients' brand authority.
• Asset Creation: Design polished, professional marketing collateral, including pitch decks, presentations, and digital assets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure creative outputs match campaign calendars, brand tone, and technical specifications.
• Workflow Management: Maintain an organized system for raw files and assets, ensuring efficient hand-offs and consistent brand alignment across all projects.
• Communication: Participate in scheduled calls during 9-5 ET, take direct feedback, and iterate quickly to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Design Suite Mastery: Elite proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience: 2+ years of professional creative/design experience, specifically with the ability to lead independent projects.
• Self-Starter Autonomy: Proven ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment. You are comfortable working from a blank page and setting a visual direction.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable collaborating with remote/offshore teams.
• Reliability: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage variable workloads (5-20 hrs/wk range depending on project needs).
• Availability: Must be available for team and client calls during 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B brands or agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design range, craft, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in presentation design (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
