Creative Strategist - Meta Creatives (Med Spa Industry)

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to own our medical spa clients Meta ads. The job in one sentence: keep every client's cost per lead under $12.

You do that by monitoring campaigns daily, catching rising CPLs early, and refreshing creative fast — building new ads from the ones already proven to work. We're a patient acquisition agency for medical spas and beauty clinics across the US. We run the ads, our team books the leads into appointments, and our clients get new patients.

What you'll own:

• Client CPL. Every account, every day. You know where each client sits and you act before a rising CPL becomes wasted spend.
• Daily account monitoring. Leads and CPL updated for every client, performance status current in ClickUp, priority accounts flagged. You work worst to best — never start with easy wins.
• The creative refresh. When an account drifts above KPI, it's yours to fix: dig into the data, find what's winning and why, pause the losers, and get new creative into production fast.
• Briefing the creative team. You decide what gets made and why. Statics to our designer, videos to our editors — with clear direction, offer details, compliance notes and a deadline. Your brief should be complete enough that nobody has to ask a question.
• QA and upload. Every creative checked before it goes live — pricing exact, compliance clean — then uploaded immediately.

What we're looking for:

• You understand why ads win. Hook, angle, offer, transformation image — you can look at a winning ad and explain what's actually doing the work. This is the whole job.
• You're comfortable in the numbers. CPL is your scoreboard and you act on it daily, not weekly.
• You write briefs a team can execute without asking questions. Clear direction, nothing ambiguous, always a deadline.
• You move fast. A rising CPL gets caught in days, not after two weeks of wasted spend.
• You run yourself. Nobody should have to ask whether you've checked the accounts.

The details:

• $10 USD /hr
• 30-40 hrs per week with room for growth
• Remote, with overlap on US business hours
