Dreamerce is looking for a full-time Static Ad Creative Strategist to become the creative engine of our agency. This is not a "make the ad look nice" role, you'll be the person who turns customer psychology into scroll-stopping static ads that actually win, for a roster of 7–8 figure ecommerce brands in health, wellness and beauty.
We're looking for someone who can't stop thinking about why an ad worked and who genuinely wants to own creative strategy one day, not just fill briefs.

We don't dabble in static ads. We specialise in them.
Dreamerce is a static ads agency, the static ad engine for 7–8 figure ecommerce brands spending on Meta, in health, wellness, beauty and supplements. While most agencies treat statics as a side service they never master, statics are the entire thing we do - in both strategy and execution
Your Mission
As our Static Ad Creative Strategist, your job is to consistently brief winning static ad creatives for our team of static ad designers.
You'll be seen as a creative strategist and partner, not an order-taker. And the end state is real ownership: the explicit goal is to grow you into the person who runs the entire creative strategy of Dreamerce - so the founder can step out of the creative seat and trust it's in better hands than his own.
What You'll Do
1. Write direct-response copy for every static - headlines, subheadlines, callouts - grounded in awareness levels, market sophistication, and real customer language (one clear idea per ad) 2. Brief and manage up to 40 static concepts a week across multiple brands, on time, every time.
3. Mine VOC, competitors and trends weekly to surface fresh angles, avatars and whitespace - every brief traceable to a real insight, never invented
4. Turn performance into strategy - double down on what wins, kill what doesn't, and show up to the weekly call with the read already done
5. Give designers clear, specific, actionable feedback that raises the ceiling of the work
6. Build and maintain your own swipe file - a living reference library that gets richer every week.
Compensation
Base: $2,000/month + bonuses (uncapped)
Who We're Looking For
You might be a fit if you are:
- Creative - you generate original winning angles and concepts in a saturated feed, not safe variations of the last thing
- Tasteful - you have the instinct for what looks good and converts.
- Obsessive - you can't stop thinking about why an ad worked.
- Detail-obsessed - copy errors and off-brand work never slip through you to the client
- A self-starter & problem-solver - when performance drops, you diagnose and fix it instead of waiting to be told
- Coachable & humble - Someone who can still be told they're wrong are the ones who become great
Preferred backgrounds include:
- Creative strategy or performance creative at a DTC/ecom brand or agency
(Backgrounds are preferred, not required - if you're a killer who can prove the instinct, we want to hear from you.)
Requirements
These are the must-haves. Apply if you can genuinely tick these:
1. 1+ years in copywriting and/or creative strategy - ideally for DTC/ecom or performance brands
2. Evidence of winning ad creative - work you've made that demonstrably performed (you can show it and explain why it won) 3. Strong direct-response fundamentals from the book "Breakthrough Advertising"
4. Excellent copywriting skills - you write headlines, subheadlines and callouts that sell, not just sound clever
5. Proficiency with AI tools - you use AI fluently in your creative workflow such as Claude and Manus (research, ideation, briefing, reporting, speed etc)
6. An eye for good design - you instinctively know what looks premium and converts (the ability to design yourself is a bonus, not a requirement)
7. Able to read performance data in Meta Ads - you can look at the metrics and tell us what won, what died, and what to test next
8. Fluent, responsive English and reliable availability during UK working hours
