Creative Strategist

Summary

We're a fast-growing pet supplement brand scaling across Europe on Meta, and we're now looking for a creative strategist to join the team. Someone who can bring fresh thinking, own their research process, and brief ads that actually convert.

This is a part-time, ongoing role with a performance bonus tied to winning creatives.

What you'll do:

• Develop strategic creative concepts for Meta video ads across hooks, angles and offer framing
• Write sharp creative briefs that translate insights into clear direction for our in-house video editing team
• Analyse performance data (CTR, CR, ROAS, engagement) to identify what's working, what's not, and where the opportunity is
• Conduct ongoing research across avatars, competitors and angles to continuously fuel the creative pipeline
• Iterate on existing winners and introduce new concepts to increase ad volume

Requirements:

• Proven experience briefing performance ads for DTC brands, ideally in supplements, pet, or health & wellness
• Strong understanding of Meta creative strategy and direct response principles
• Comfortable working independently, you own your research process and output without being hand-held
• Available within European time zones (CET ±2)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with or inside a performance marketing agency
• Familiarity with creative tracking and concept architecture frameworks
• Understanding of customer avatar development and angle testing methodology
