About Bondify

Bondify is a fast-growing UK cosmetic dental brand specialising in composite bonding — helping people transform their smiles across multiple cities in the UK. We're building a brand that looks and feels different from anything else in the dental space: modern, confident, and genuinely beautiful. Content sits at the heart of how we grow, and we're looking for a creative pair of hands to help us raise the bar on everything we put out.

The Role

We already handle our own strategy, creative briefs and scripting. What we need is someone who can take a clear brief and a set of raw assets — footage, photos, key messaging — and turn them into scroll-stopping, beautifully designed content across both video and image.

This isn't a button-pushing edit role, and it isn't a strategy role either. It's the sweet spot in between: we hand you the brief and the message, and you bring the creative eye to make it land — coming back to us with ideas on how the content should look, feel and flow, then executing it to a high standard through editing and post-production.

What you'll be doing

• Editing short-form video for Facebook/Instagram ads, Reels, and organic social
• Designing static and motion graphics that carry our brand and message
• Taking raw footage and assets and shaping them into polished, on-brand content
• Interpreting creative briefs and coming back with visual ideas and direction for the edit
• Handling full post-production: cuts, captions, transitions, colour, sound, graphics
• Keeping our content consistent, high-quality, and visually distinctive

What we're looking for

• Strong, proven video editing skills (short-form and social-first)
• Strong graphic design and photo editing skills
• Genuine creative instinct — you can take a message and make it visually compelling, not just assemble clips
• Hands-on experience creating content specifically for Facebook/Instagram ads and social media
• A portfolio or showreel that shows off your best work
• Reliable, communicative, and comfortable working to briefs and deadlines
• Good written English for understanding briefs and collaborating with us

Bonus points

• Experience using AI creative tools (image/video generation, AI-assisted editing) to push creative further and faster
• Prior work with beauty, aesthetics, health, or DTC/e-commerce brands
• Motion design / animation skills

Tool choice is up to you — Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, whatever you do your best work in. We care about the quality of the output, not the software.

Hours & logistics

• ~4 hours a day / ~20 hours a week to start
• Flexible remote working — some overlap with UK working hours is a plus but not essential
• Real potential to move into a full-time role as our content volume grows

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short paid test project, so we can see how you work with a real brief.
