Job description

Description

AND Studio is a next-generation AI production studio out of New York, building cinematic and social-first content at scale for some of the biggest names in beauty and wellness.

Think a flagship colour cosmetics brand with one of the deepest creator legacies in the category, a skin and sun care line built around community and glow, and founder-led wellness brands joining an always-on roster.

This isn't an agency bolting AI on the side. It's built for it from the ground up, running always-on creator programs at real volume, seven to eight briefs a month, thirty-plus creators live at once, without the wheels coming off.

If you've carried a portfolio of brands yourself, not assisted on one. If you cast on judgment, not follower count. If your briefs get executed right by someone you've never met, in a room you've never seen. If you know the difference between busy and accountable, this is your seat.

In return, the team gets managers who actually coach, a development path laid out in the open instead of guessed at, and the space to do great work properly, not just fast. It's a growing studio, obsessed with growing the people in it.### The Role

What you’ll own: Account ownership, end to end* Own creator delivery for a portfolio of brands, from the moment a brief lands to final handover

  • Act as the primary point of contact for creator work across your accounts
  • Hold the timeline yourself: you are the person who knows where every deliverable sits and what is at risk
  • Flag slippage before the client feels it, with a plan attached

Casting and sourcing* Turn a client brief into a casting spec: who we need, why, and what they have to prove

  • Cast against product personas rather than follower counts, SKU by SKU
  • Source across TikTok and Instagram, and through Trybe, CreatorIQ and Nectar
  • Negotiate fixed rates, issue contracts, and manage product and shipping logistics
  • Present a shortlist a client can approve without a second round

Briefing and creator direction* Write briefs granular enough to be executed by someone you have never met, in a room you have never seen

  • Direct remotely: framing, lighting, pacing, delivery, and the specific detail that makes a shot reusable
  • Work alongside a creative strategist who owns the concept while you own whether it gets made properly
  • Coach creators through revisions without losing the relationship

Delivery and quality* QA every asset against the brief and the agreed terms before it reaches a client

  • Run revisions, recasts and reshoots when the first pass is not right
  • Hand off cleanly to editors and keep post moving
  • Keep the tracker current so anyone can pick up the account cold

Client relationship and feedback loop* Present creator work and talk fluently about why it was cast and built that way

  • Absorb volume spikes without dropping quality, and say so early when volume outruns capacity
  • Feed performance learnings back into the next casting spec
  • Build the process so it is repeatable by someone other than you

The Person

Who we’re looking for:* You have run accounts before: You have carried a portfolio of brands yourself, not assisted on one. You know the difference between being busy and being accountable.

  • Casting judgment: You can look at a brief and know who should be in front of the camera. Follower count is the least interesting thing you look at.
  • Briefs that survive contact: Your briefs get executed correctly by people you have never met. That is a writing skill and a directing skill at once.
  • Direction at a distance: You can get a specific shot out of a creator in another country over a text thread. Over-communication is a habit, not an effort.
  • Negotiation and paperwork: Rates, usage, deliverables, deadlines. You close terms cleanly and you hold people to them without souring the relationship.
  • Volume without slippage: Our busiest account has run seven to eight briefs a month across roughly thirty creators. You should read that and feel calm.
  • Bonus: platform fluency: Trybe, CreatorIQ, Nectar or similar. Useful, not required. We can teach the tools. We cannot teach the taste or the follow-through.
