Credit Consultant / Sales Agent / Team Leader

NIVC & Associates – Credit & Financial Solutions is recruiting motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

We are recruiting for Credit Consultants, Sales Agents and Team Leaders.

Whether you are starting your career or already have sales experience, we are looking for people who are confident, hardworking, target-driven and willing to learn.

No previous experience is required for Credit Consultant / Sales Agent positions — full training will be provided.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. Credit Consultant / Sales Agent

You will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and introducing them to appropriate credit and financial solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential and existing clients.
• Explain our credit and financial solutions clearly and professionally.
• Identify client needs and assist with appropriate services.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client information and records.
• Participate in training and development.

2. Team Leader

Team Leaders will support, motivate and guide consultants and sales agents while helping the team achieve its targets and maintain professional standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of consultants/sales agents.
• Monitor individual and team performance.
• Assist team members with sales and client-related challenges.
• Support training, coaching and development.
• Monitor daily activities and targets.
• Help maintain professional service standards.
• Report team performance to management.
• Assist with building and developing a high-performing sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric / Grade 12 required.
• No previous experience required for entry-level positions.
• Sales or customer-service experience is advantageous.
• Previous leadership or team-management experience is advantageous for Team Leader positions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident speaking to people.
• Professional and presentable.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Hardworking and reliable.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
