Ntiyiso is proactively building a talent pipeline for experienced Credit Control and Debt Collection Consultants to support future projects.
If you have a strong background in credit control, debt collection, revenue management, and stakeholder engagement, we encourage you to submit your application for consideration when suitable opportunities become available.
What You'll Be Doing
Potential responsibilities may include:
- Implementing credit control and debt collection processes.
- Monitoring debtor accounts and driving debt recovery initiatives.
- Managing and monitoring contractor performance.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Conducting quality inspections and compliance checks.
- Engaging with municipal officials, customers, and contractors.
- Supporting revenue collection and billing improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in consulting, finance, credit control, debt collection, or revenue management.
- Fluency in Xitsonga and Tshivenda.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Advantageous
- Experience working within a municipal environment.
- Knowledge of municipal credit control processes and bylaws.
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
