Salary: Market Related SunBet is looking for a CRM Specialist: Systems to manage and optimise CRM and communication platforms. The role will configure player journeys, manage system and API integrations, troubleshoot technical issues and support CRM infrastructure to enable reliable, compliant and engaging player communications across digital channels.

Job Description

The CRM Specialist: Systems is responsible for the technical configuration, integration and operational management of SunBet’s CRM systems and communication infrastructure. The role manages platforms including XtremePush, PAM and external email and SMS communication partners, ensuring reliable, compliant and well-designed player journeys across digital channels. Working closely with CRM, Product, IT Operations and Compliance teams, the role will manage system integrations and APIs, troubleshoot technical issues, support bonus and gamification configurations, monitor platform performance and ensure SunBet’s CRM technology effectively supports player engagement and retention strategies.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Marketing Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field [Required]
• Certification in XtremePush or a comparable CRM/Martech platform [Required]
• SQL certification or demonstrated SQL proficiency [Required]
• API Integration or Systems Administration certification [Preferred]
• Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) [Preferred]

Experience:

• 3–5 years’ experience in CRM systems and Martech engineering
• Experience within an online gaming or sports betting environment
• Demonstrated experience with API integrations and platform configuration
• Experience configuring and administering CRM/Martech platforms
• Experience troubleshooting integrations between CRM and supporting systems
• Experience with transactional and marketing communication infrastructure
• Exposure to campaign and system performance reporting and analysis
