If you’ve recently completed your CA(SA) articles and are ready to step into a high-growth environment where finance meets frontier technology, this is your launchpad. You’ll work directly with a Web3 Finance Manager, supporting world-class clients and learning how finance operates in the next era of the internet.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a hands-on support role to one of our Web3 Finance Managers — learning, executing, and helping scale financial operations for cutting-edge digital asset businesses.

• Support full accounting cycles: journals, reconciliations (including wallets and exchanges), month-end close, and consolidations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports: under IFRS and US GAAP, ensuring precision and insight.
• Streamline and automate workflows: design smarter ways of working using modern tools and data-driven processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to deliver clear, timely results.
• Learn Web3 finance: explore how blockchain, tokens, and digital assets reshape accounting — no prior crypto knowledge needed, just curiosity and drive
• Grow with Regen: as you master Web3 finance, you’ll progressively take on more ownership and move toward a Finance Manager role.

Who You Are

• CA(SA) qualified (articles completed; ready to start full-time work).
• Expert understanding of IFRS and US GAAP principles.
• Strong foundational accounting skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Naturally curious and inquisitive — you love understanding how systems and businesses work.
• Deep interest in technology and Web3 , even if you haven’t worked in it yet.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated to grow with a fast-paced startup .
