ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Join a high-impact role at Flight Centre Travel Group where you'll help drive business growth by empowering sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to convert opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. You'll become the go-to expert for customer technology solutions, sales enablement, and training, supporting both new and experienced team members. This role combines sales coaching, technology expertise, and commercial influence, offering the opportunity to shape sales performance while driving innovation across the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead onboarding and training programmes for new sales team members.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance training modules and learning content.
• Coach and support Business Development Managers (BDMs) and SDR teams to improve performance.
• Manage onboarding readiness and graduation assessments.
• Maintain and update sales and customer success presentations with new product features and benefits.
• Coordinate messaging and talk tracks across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide positioning guidance.
• Drive targeted sales conversion outcomes across BDM and SDR teams.
• Deliver ongoing coaching, development, and capability-building initiatives.
• Act as the subject matter expert for CT customer technologies including Melon, Concur, SAM and Gottmi.
• Own and manage internal sales technology platforms including GONG, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Cognism, Highspot and HVS.
• Ensure demo environments remain current and presentation-ready.
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Support internal teams with technology updates, innovations, and best practices.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric required.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or travel qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' sales, business, coaching, or customer relationship experience.
• Minimum 2 years' travel industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years' B2B experience.
• 1-2 years' experience engaging with C-Level stakeholders.
• 1-2 years' technology sales experience.
• Experience in solution selling.
• Strong technology understanding.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Advanced CRM system proficiency.
• Experience using Sales Navigator and High Velocity Sales tools.
• Strong presentation, training, and technology demonstration skills.
• Own transport essential.
• Willingness to travel domestically and international
