Postgraduate degree in Research, Psychology, Statistics, M&E, Data Analytics, HR Analytics or related field.
Recommended Experience
Preferably 3-7+ years in organisational surveys, culture measurement, evaluation, dashboards and impact reporting
Principal Responsibilities
Baseline and pulse measurement; Culture Adoption Dashboard; KPI design; qualitative/quantitative analysis; effectiveness and adoption tracking; endline evaluation.
