Job description
Cupboard Value is a custom cupboard manufacturing and installation company based in Pretoria West, Gauteng. With 20 years of experience in transforming homes, they have built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, personalised service and lasting client relationships. Their team works closely with every client to bring their vision to life and ensure every installation is completed to their exact requirements. With another 20 years ahead, they’re committed to creating beautiful, functional spaces that clients can love for years to come.
This is not a permanent position. Installers are booked per installation, with jobs coordinated by the sales and office teams.
What you'll do:
- Collect and load completed cabinetry from the factory
- Transport the installation to the client's site using your own bakkie
- Manage and complete the installation with your own small installation team
- Work closely with the office team, sales team and client throughout the installation
- Maintain a professional and cordial relationship with clients on site
- Ensure installations are completed neatly, accurately and to a high standard
- Communicate any site issues or requirements promptly to the relevant office team
- Ensure each installation runs smoothly and according to schedule
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in the cabinetry/cupboard installation industry
- Your own reliable bakkie
- Your own small, reliable installation team
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry installation
- Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Professional and friendly communication skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients on site

You get booked for an installation → collect the job from the factory → load and transport the cabinetry → complete the installation with your team → ensure the client is happy and the job is completed to standard.
