Job description
CTIA is looking for an experienced Curriculum and Programme Developer to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a skilled instructional/curriculum designer looking for flexible, high-impact work.
About the Role
You'll design, develop, and refine curriculum and training programmes that meet our learning objectives and organisational standards. You will work closely with subject-matter experts and internal stakeholders to translate content into structured, engaging, and outcomes-focused learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop curriculum frameworks, course outlines, and learning materials
- Conduct needs analyses and align content to learning objectives and standards
- Develop assessments, facilitator guides, and supporting resources
- Review and refresh existing programmes for relevance and quality
- Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and programme leads throughout the development cycle
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and instructional best practice across materials
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or programme development
- Strong understanding of learning design principles and adult learning theory
- Excellent written communication and content structuring skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Stellenbosch, Western Cape (Stellenbosch)
