Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and manage trolleys from the store exterior, ensuring they remain clean and in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store, including dining and kitchen areas.
• Assist with stock management by notifying managers of cleaning consumable needs and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.
• Greet customers warmly and provide basic product information and assistance as required.
• Uphold shop-keeping disciplines by keeping the department neat, tidy, and compliant with hygiene policies.
• Report any incidents of dishonesty affecting stock shrinkage or fraud to the appropriate authority promptly.
• Demonstrate personal discipline by adhering to attendance, dress code, hygiene, and timekeeping standards.
