Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Maintain shelf stock levels by replenishing fresh, quality products and ensuring proper stock rotation and waste reduction.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards during all food handling and merchandising activities.
• Identify and report quality concerns, stock sell-outs, and suspicious activities to management.
• Ensure shelves are organized neatly in accordance with planograms, shelf edge labels, and the Gap policy.
• Support shrinkage minimization efforts by following stock management protocols and reporting acts of dishonesty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by advising customers on product features, benefits, and available alternatives.
• Work cooperatively within the team and maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor under pressure.
• Attend team meetings and participate actively to understand daily priorities and targets.
