Job description
A detail-focused individual capable of building a strong working relationship with a client to facilitate the debt review process
Purpose of the Job
To take control and full responsibility for each allocated Client
To apply and expedite the defined Debt Review process as specified with a view to ensuring efficiency
To complete each stage of the Debt Review process in accordance with DRC's defined processes
Requirements:
Own Transport
Fully Computer Literate
Knowledge, Training, Experience, and Qualifications
A Matric Certificate with an average score of not less than 70%
Subjects: English | Afrikaans | Xhosa (not essential) | Mathematics or a Science subject
At least two years of work experience in an office environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and energy levels
Able to work to deadlines
A working knowledge of the Debt Review industry would be a strong recommendation
A keen eye and passion for detail
Assertive in managing the Debt Review process with (a) the Client, (b) involved DRC employees, (c) external parties
An ability to establish an empathic relationship with each Client
Principal Accountabilities
To enthusiastically take over each new Client Form the Sales Representative
To build an empathic relationship with the new Client as soon as possible
To complete each process step timeously
To score well on the Close Out Review for each Client
Wherever possible to secure referrals from satisfied Clients
To regularly communicate with each signed-off Client
