Job description
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
- Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel.
- Manage and adhere to the approved budget.
- Ensure that the department is aware of industry’s developments & apply best practices to improve.
Qualifications:
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Skills:
- Customer focused (Internal and External).
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to engage at senior management level.
Experience:
- Experience in the same/similar role- 5 Years.
