Customer Contact Representative

Tasks

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

• Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Use our CRM system to log interactions, track issues, and follow up promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.
• Meet and exceed performance targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (advantageous but not essential — we provide training).
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient approach under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
