Job description
We are seeking an Customer Engineer for client in Bedfordview, Gauteng.
Requirements -
- Grade 12
- A+ & N+ or Diploma/Degree in IT
- MCSA/MCSE Certified
- Microsoft Office 365 Certified
- Administration
- Active Directory - resting of passwords
- Networking, Configuration of Switches etc
- 2 to 5 years in a field service, deskside support, or customer engineering role
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve hardware and software incidents either remotely or on-site.
- Deployment & Installation: Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of technical equipment or enterprise software.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, building relationships and ensuring client needs are met according to service level agreements (SLAs).
- System Documentation: Log customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions into ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Relay customer feedback and feature requests to internal engineering and product development teams
- Identity Management: Provision and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain Domain Controllers, directory replication, site configurations, and Global Catalogs.
- Active Directory Connect with Microsoft Entra/Azure AD
