As a doctor-led clinic offering the gold-standard Direct Hair Implantation technique, we deliver a premium, highly personalised experience to clients across South Africa and international medical tourism markets. We are looking for a polished, sales-driven Call Centre Agent & Customer Liaison to be the voice and face of our client journey — from first enquiry through to post-procedure care.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role combining call centre sales with hands-on customer liaison responsibilities. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and a trusted point of continuity for existing patients, ensuring every interaction — by phone, in person, or in writing — reflects the professionalism and discretion our high-profile and high-value clientele expect.

Key Responsibilities

Call Centre & Sales

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information about DHI services and address client queries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients, including post-procedure support
• Convert leads into booked consultations and procedures within a target-driven environment
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, leads, and conversions

Customer Liaison

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the clinical team, coordinating communication throughout the full patient journey
• Manage high-value and high-profile client relationships with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Coordinate pre- and post-procedure logistics, ensuring clients feel informed and supported at every stage
• Resolve client concerns proactively, escalating clinical questions to the medical team where appropriate
• Support the front-of-house and patient experience across clinic locations as needed
• Help maintain accurate client records and ensure a seamless handover between sales, clinical, and aftercare teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in call centre sales, telesales, customer service, or healthcare sales (preferred)
• Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to convert leads into appointments
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, and/or any regional language
• Ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and engage customers effectively over the phone and in person
• Confident and composed when handling high-profile and high-net-worth clients
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client touchpoints simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive client information
