Job description
Join us as a Customer Manager, where you will play a key role in driving PSD sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering exceptional aftermarket support across the Eastern Limb Region.
In this role, you will support parts availability, enhance customer satisfaction, and deliver commercial and operational objectives aligned with Epiroc’s aftermarket strategy—helping our customers maximise equipment performance and productivity.
Your Mission:
- Manage and develop customer relationships within the Eastern Limb Region.
- Drive parts and services sales performance in line with business targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and support customer-specific aftermarket strategies.
- Support demand planning and forecasting based on customer consumption and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with supply chain, technical support, customer service, and operations teams to address customer requirements.
- Support contract management activities, including RFQ input, pricing alignment, and commercial negotiations.
- Assist with accounts receivable management by following up on outstanding payments and supporting customer account queries.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders to support service delivery and customer retention.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with safety, quality, compliance, and company standards.
Your Profile:
- Grade 12/Matric (essential)
- A recognized trade qualification
- Strong technical understanding of Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM).
- Relevant sales or customer management experience within the mining or aftermarket environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
