What You’ll Do:
- Handle user applications with efficiency and care, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Respond promptly to customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions that leave a positive impression.
- Track online orders, keep customers informed about their status, and ensure timely processing.
- Make outbound calls to share exciting updates, new features, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Educate customers on how to get the most out of our services, building loyalty and satisfaction.
- Support our drivers by conducting regular vehicle checks, ensuring compliance, and providing helpful feedback.
- Be a brand ambassador by engaging with customers and partners during promotional campaigns and exploring new advertising or partnership opportunities with local businesses.
