Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Ace Auto is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain relationships with our panel beaters, workshops, dealerships, and trade customers across Cape Town.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Relationship Management, External Sales, or Key Account Management.
• Automotive aftermarket or motor industry experience will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Computer literate.
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Cape Town region.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Grow existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Record customer visits and feedback on our CRM system.
• Resolve customer concerns and liaise with internal departments.
• Monitor customer activity and assist in retaining and growing business.
