Eduvos is offering an exciting 12-month Customer Relationship Marketer (CRM) Internship for passionate, driven, and people-oriented individuals who are eager to launch their careers.

As a CRM Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to student recruitment, school engagement, lead generation, event coordination, and customer relationship management while developing the skills required to become a successful Customer Relationship Marketer.

Successful interns will develop the knowledge, skills and experience required to pursue a career as a Customer Relationship Marketer within Eduvos.

Duties and Responsibilities

What you'll do

As a CRM Intern, you will:

• Contact and engage with prospective students to support application and enrolment targets.
• Qualify prospective student leads and assist with building a strong recruitment pipeline.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and follow up on learner enquiries.
• Assist with WATI campaigns and ensure learner enquiries are directed to the appropriate sales team members.
• Capture and maintain accurate learner, school, and customer information using Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Hub, Marketing App and Field Service.
• Assist with updating school accounts and maintaining high-quality CRM data.
• Support the planning, coordination and administration of regional and national marketing and recruitment events.
• Assist with school visits, appointment setting and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Represent Eduvos as a professional brand ambassador at schools, career exhibitions, presentations and promotional events.
• Provide administrative support to the Customer Relationship Marketing team.
