JOB VACANCY: CLIENT RELATIONSHIP TEAM LEADER (NON-SALES)Company: Transsa Transporters

Remuneration: R13 000.00 Per Month Fixed / Cost to Company (Strictly Non-Negotiable)POSITION OBJECTIVETranssa Transporters is seeking a highly energetic, operationally sound, and no-nonsense Client Relationship Team Leader to head our customer experience desk. This is strictly a non-sales position focused entirely on customer care, metric tracking, and operational query resolution. **Strictly no chancers or unqualified applicants will be tolerated.**We require an assertive leader with a firm, authoritative approach who can command the desk, resolve escalated issues, safeguard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and firmly hold internal dispatch, warehouse, and fleet management teams accountable to client delivery standards.CORE KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

  • Firm Day-to-Day Query Management: Take a highly proactive, disciplined approach to managing a high volume of daily customer queries, ensuring operations execute solutions without delays.
  • Complaint Resolution & Escalations: Intercept and independently resolve high-priority delivery, transit, and backlog complaints under tight turnaround windows.
  • Monthly Performance Reporting: Utilize advanced digital systems to compile comprehensive monthly performance reports, analyze historical client service trends, and present data-driven insights to executive management.
  • Internal Operations Liaison: Serve as a strict, unyielding bridge between external corporate clients and internal division heads to force immediate corrective actions on the depot floor.

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a fast-paced customer service, operations, or logistics desk environment. A proven track record of bringing order and structure to a team is mandatory.
  • No-Nonsense Leadership Style: Must possess a strong, assertive personality capable of handling difficult conversations with both demanding corporate clients and internal logistics staff.
  • Advanced Microsoft Applications Proficiency: Must possess extensive experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Microsoft Excel for tracking data, calculating logistics KPIs, and building complex formulas, alongside Microsoft Word for professional executive reporting.
  • Mobility: Must possess own reliable transport to ensure uncompromised availability.
  • Industry Experience (Added Advantage): Direct, reference-checked experience working within Warehouse Operations, E-commerce Logistics, or Import/Export environments will be highly prioritized.
  • Salary Acknowledgment: The salary offered is a fixed R13 000.00 PM. Applicants who do not find this package fully acceptable should not apply.
  • Absolute Availability: Must be highly energetic and available on-call throughout our comprehensive operational and dispatch shift working hours to address real-time transport emergencies.
