Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online chat platforms

• Provide customers with product information and advise on suitable products and payment options

• Check stock availability and communicate accurate information to customers

• Generate and follow up on customer quotations

• Process customer orders and allocate payments accurately

• Monitor and follow up on back orders and lay-bys

• Perform daily GRID checks and other administrative duties

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions Skills and Requirements:

• Strong customer service and sales orientation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional telephone and email etiquette

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer suitable alternatives to customers

• Strong team player with effective time management skills Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Strong computer literacy and typing skills

• Previous customer service or sales support experience advantageous
