We are expanding our team and are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join us in an entry-level Sales Customer Service role. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity to gain valuable experience while building a long-term career.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with product and service enquiries.
- Recommend solutions based on customers' needs.
- Promote products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
- Work with a supportive team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when required.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For
- Matric certificate (NQF Level 4–6).
- South African ID, valid passport, or legal work permit.
- Must be based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) or Kariega (Uitenhage).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a goal-driven mindset.
