Job Posting Title: Customer Service Agent, Contract Logistics

Time Type: Full Time

Job Related Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Contact Centre support or service environment (not outbound sales)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent email etiquette and telephone manner

Computer Literacy Level:

• Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Excel and Word

Added Advantages for this Role:

• Tertiary qualification
• Delta knowledge

Main Purpose of the Role:

To capture customer orders/returns (submitted via email or telephonically) and handle customer and client order/returns queries for all customer types.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capture all customer orders/returns on the Delta system
• Apply and maintain relevant order business rules.
• Process orders with special requirements (e.g., Section 21).
• Receive queries and requests via telephone and email, action the query or request accurately and per SOP and SLA.
