Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a remote position. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and connecting them to the proper department/individual. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and chat.
- Connecting the leads to the correct agent and sending the agent their information.
- Communicating with your team about any issues that arise.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the real estate industry
- Must be well-spoken and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Must be able to type 35 words per minute.
- Knowledge of real estate appreciated, but not necessary

Shifts are between the hours of 8 AM EST to 5 PM EST.
