Are you a recent graduate ready to take the first step into a dynamic customer service career?
An established organisation is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Agents. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while developing valuable professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient support across voice and digital customer channels
- Resolve customer queries promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
- Retain customers through effective service recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to best practice standards
- Stay updated on campaigns, products, and service-related communications
Minimum Requirements:
- Recently graduated with a minimum qualification of NQF Level 5
- Up to one year of work experience or no prior work experience required
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and grow
- Willingness to work rotational shifts between 07:00 and 23:00
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Availability to commit to a 12-month contract
