Job description

A dynamic and fast growing Durban based company is looking to employ inbound customer care agents on a part time basis. Own transport is non-negotiable.

NB: Please note this is a night time position only, 8 hour shifts will fall within these times.

16:00pm to 03:00am

Remuneration: R400 per shift

Matric

Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel

Flexible and able to work after hours shifts

Umhlanga/Phoenix/Durban North based candidates would be ideal

Must have own transport

Successful candidates will be responsible for handling all inbound customer care calls as well as dispatching and liaising with internal staff (drivers) and customers to ensure the required service levels are met.

· Inbound customer care

· Allocate, dispatch and manage drivers to ensure required service levels are met

· Data capture

· Convert inbound sales enquiries

· Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette

· A customer focused approach with an open attitude towards customers

· Be able to work under pressure

· Good attention to detail when capturing customer information

· Energetic and able to use initiative

· Reliable, committed and take pride in your work

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: R1 200,00 - R1 400,00 per week

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
