Customer Service Agent – USA Medical Campaign

We are looking for professional, empathetic and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our USA Medical Campaign.

In this role, you will provide customer service support to customers within the United States healthcare/medical industry, assisting with enquiries, providing accurate information and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and with care.

This is a customer service position, and we are looking for individuals who are patient, attentive, compassionate and excellent communicators.

No previous medical industry experience is required. Training will be provided to successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support to customers in the USA market.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and/or other communication channels.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify their needs.
• Provide accurate information in line with campaign processes and training.
• Assist customers with general healthcare/medical-related service enquiries.
• Accurately capture and update customer information on internal systems.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
• Follow all required quality, compliance and data-protection procedures.
• Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet required customer service, quality and productivity standards.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience and professionalism during every customer interaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Candidates with no previous work experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Clear and professional telephone manner.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Good data-capturing skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Ability and willingness to work USA hours / night shifts.

Assessment & Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete assessments covering English proficiency, typing and data capturing, followed by an interview.

Successful candidates will receive campaign-specific training before supporting customers.
