POSITION INFO: Responsibilities: Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and courteous responses. Support the customer service team in resolving customer issues and complaints. Maintain and update customer records accurately in the company database. Help prepare and distribute customer service reports and documentation. Assist in the coordination and execution of customer service initiatives and projects. Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Qualifications: Passed Matric\/NQFLV4. SA ID \/ Work permit. Located based in Port Elizabeth or Uitenhage . Previous experience in a customer service. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
