Customer Service Assistant (No Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and courteous responses.
• Support the customer service team in resolving customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately in the company database.
• Help prepare and distribute customer service reports and documentation.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of customer service initiatives and projects.
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

• Passed Matric/NQFLV4.
• SA ID / Work permit.
• Located based in Port Elizabeth or Uitenhage .
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
