About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and handling inquiries within the taxation and property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed and accurate information
- Assist customers in understanding their services available to them.
- Manage effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service delivery standards.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the customer service sector to provide informed support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric, with further education in relevant fields considered an asset.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally related to taxation or property management.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be a current employee of Quantanite.
- Ability to work USA related shift patterns.
