Customer Service Brand Ambassador Expert (European Languages)

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals with near-native proficiency in a European language and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Love Brand Ambassador , you will be responsible for supporting customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp . You will play an important role in building positive customer relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects a high standard of service.

This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, adaptable, confident in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support across phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp.
• Respond to customer queries, complaints, requests, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through clear, friendly, and professional communication.
• Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge when assisting customers.
• Capture relevant customer insights, feedback, and recurring issues to support continuous business improvement.
• Accurately record customer interactions, outcomes, and relevant information on internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues appropriately.
• Meet required customer service, quality, productivity, and communication standards.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Customer Love Team.
• Adapt to changing customer needs, processes, and business requirements.
• Represent the organisation professionally during every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Near-native proficiency in a European language.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Experience supporting customers through voice, email, and live chat.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness and ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Hospitality or concierge experience.
• Experience within a premium customer service environment.
• Experience working with international customers.
• Previous experience supporting customers in a multilingual environment.
• Passion or interest in dogs and animal wellbeing.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience working across multiple customer service platforms and systems.
