Job description
Join Our Team: Customer Service (Deutsch/Englisch) – 100% Remote / Homeoffice Provide exceptional customer support in German and English through voice, chat, and email. Assist a diverse range of customers while delivering outstanding service. In this fully remote role, you'll work as a Kundenberater specializing in Kundenbetreuung from the comfort of your Homeoffice .

What You'll Do
- Assist Customers: Provide exceptional support via inbound calls, chat, and email in Deutsch und Englisch.

- Collaborate: Work closely with your team to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Improve Processes: Share feedback and ideas to enhance service quality.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of remote customer service or customer support experience.
- Previous bilingual customer support experience is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Calm, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in both German (Deutsch) and English.
Tech Requirements
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) processor.
- Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
