Requirements
- Based in or able to work in Cape Town
- Available for rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Reliable transportation for all shift times
- Matric + 2 years of customer service experience, OR a completed degree/diploma with no experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability
- Willingness to complete required background checks
