Customer Service Representative

• Customer Service Management — Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience throughout their service journey.
• Booking & Scheduling — Manage service bookings, workshop schedules, and follow-ups to ensure efficient workflow and minimal customer waiting times.
• Job Card Administration — Create, update, and close job cards accurately, ensuring all customer concerns and technician notes are captured.
• Customer Communication — Provide updates on vehicle status, additional repair requirements, quotations, and completion times.
• Complaint Handling — Address customer concerns promptly, investigate issues, and escalate to management when necessary.
• Quality Assurance Follow‑ups — Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
• Invoice & Payment Coordination — Prepare invoices, explain charges to customers, and coordinate payment processing.
• Workshop Coordination — Liaise with technicians, parts department, and workshop controllers to ensure accurate communication and timely service delivery.
• Customer Retention Activities — Support loyalty programs, service reminders, and customer engagement initiatives.

Pay: Up to R5 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal 3201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
• CRM software: 1 year (Required)
