Job description

Due to continued business growth Drain Doctor are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative.

Job Type

Full-time or part-time opportunities.
Monday to Friday (plus ability to work weekends on a rota and support out-of-hours calls if required).

The Role

Answering the telephone following an established script.
Converting customer enquiries into booked appointments.
Dispatching engineers to appointments.
Keeping customers informed of schedule changes.
Conducting follow-up service calls.
General office duties including filing, ordering stock, purchase invoice matching and other general administrative duties.

Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar office-based Customer Service role.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Good administration skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Good all-round IT skills.
