Customer Service Representative

EMtronics SA (PTY) Ltd is part of a global group, our South Africa office handles customer service for both the UK and SA regions, specialising in Electronics and kitchen appliances we predominantly sell online and handle emails and phone calls from customers, suppliers and partner brands.

We expect employees to take ownership on key decisions when it comes to customers and are looking for someone to fit into our team to deliver the best customer service we can.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Must be fluent in English both written and spoken)
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve customer issues
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Dealing with customer's on a daily basis.
• Must be willing to work weekends 1 to 2 times per month on rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Salary - R50 - R65 per hour depending on experience

Pay: R50,00 - R65,00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
