🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from placement through delivery.
• Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers on inventory, production timelines, and delivery requirements.
• Process artwork, branding requirements, and customer approvals.
• Create purchase orders and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Monitor orders throughout the production process and follow up on outstanding items.
• Provide customers with timely updates on order status and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and assist in resolving production or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order notes, and follow-up activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience

in customer service, order entry/processing, order fulfillment, sales support, logistics administration, or a similar role.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using CRM, ERP, order management, or other business systems.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and multiple internal stakeholders.
