🇿🇦 WE'RE HIRING | Customer Service Representative – US Healthcare & Case Management
HEYA is looking for experienced and customer-focused South African Customer Service Representatives to join our team supporting a US Healthcare & Case Management Team (In Office).

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Assist patients, healthcare providers, caregivers, and insurance representatives
- Schedule appointments and support case management administration
- Capture accurate customer information on CRM systems
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex matters when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Empathy and professionalism
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Grade 12 / Matric
✅ 1–2 years' customer service or call agent experience
✅ Healthcare, medical insurance, or case management experience (highly advantageous)
✅ Computer literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✅ Willing and able to work US business hours
📍 Location : South Africa, Johannesburg (IN-OFFICE)
💼 Position : Full-Time
🕒 Working Hours : -+ 3pm - 11pm SAST (Please note that shift times may vary due to Daylight Saving Time adjustments or client request agreement)
