• Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify customer documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction.
• Identify and escalate potential fraudulent activities.
• Manage stock balancing and transactional accuracy.
• Represent the Mukuru brand with professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Bring

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange and compliance regulations is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.
