Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist customers remotely through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and routine service issues professionally.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant customer information.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow company procedures and maintain professional customer service standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.
