Job description
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Do you love helping people and making their day a little easier? As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the friendly, trusted voice for patients and customers of a leading USA medical company. Every call is a chance to make someone feel heard, informed, and cared for.
You'll answer questions, sort out billing queries, and point people in the right direction when they need extra support - all while representing a brand that puts people first.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and/or chats with warmth and professionalism
- Answer general questions about services and processes clearly and simply
- Listen carefully to understand what each customer needs, and guide urgent queries to the right team
- Help customers with billing questions and payment queries
- Keep accurate, up-to-date notes on every interaction in the CRM system
- Protect customer privacy and follow all confidentiality and compliance guidelines
- Solve problems on the first call wherever possible
- Hit your quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
- Keep learning - stay current on company updates and processes
RequirementsQualifications/Education And Experience
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year's Customer Service or Call Centre experience
- International campaign experience is a bonus
- Experience with a US-based or healthcare-related campaign is a plus
- Able to work US business hours (EST/CST/PST)
- Reliable transport for shift work
