Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, including processing returns and exchanges if necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update account information in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service or support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations calmly.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer service software.
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or related fields are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
