Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success & Logistics Coordinator (High-Ticket Client Experience) based in South Africa. This role offers the opportunity to deliver a premium customer experience for clients investing in high-value products and services.

You will guide customers throughout their entire journey, from initial enquiry and purchase decisions to successful delivery.

The position combines customer success, sales support, relationship management, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced remote environment.

You will become a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring every interaction builds confidence, loyalty, and satisfaction.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help streamline operations and improve the overall customer journey.

Accountabilities As a Customer Success & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales growth and ensuring smooth operational execution. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, and proactively solve challenges to deliver a seamless premium service.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers from initial enquiry through successful product delivery.
  • Provide high-quality customer support through phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-ups, and personalized guidance.
  • Support customers through purchasing decisions by delivering a premium, consultative experience.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining trust and confidence in the brand.
  • Follow up with warm leads, abandoned purchases, and inactive enquiries to encourage successful conversions.
  • Engage with prospective customers making significant purchasing decisions and provide confident product guidance.
  • Identify customer feedback, trends, and opportunities to improve the overall buying experience.
  • Coordinate high-value product deliveries from order confirmation through final customer receipt.
  • Track shipments, communicate delivery updates, and proactively address delays or logistics issues.
  • Collaborate with warehouses, logistics providers, and delivery partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, shipment details, and operational activities.
  • Support reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, excellent organization, and experience managing high-touch customer relationships. You should be comfortable supporting premium clients, handling multiple priorities, and taking ownership of the customer journey.

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Client Experience, Patient Coordination, Medical Administration, Practice Management, Account Management, Sales Support, or premium customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong conversational ability.
  • Confident and professional telephone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to create meaningful customer relationships and deliver personalized support.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistently high service standards.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in medical, healthcare, wellness, specialist practice, luxury service, or similar high-touch industries is a plus.
  • Experience supporting high-ticket sales, premium products, abandoned cart recovery, or warm lead conversion is preferred.
  • Previous experience with logistics, order fulfillment, or supply chain coordination is advantageous.
  • Experience working remotely in a structured, performance-focused environment is a plus.
