Job description
We’re looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to own relationships with our U.S.-based clients.
You’ll work directly with business owners, manage client performance, lead calls, solve problems, and ensure our clients get measurable value from our service.
This role requires someone who is commercially minded, confident and highly accountable — not someone who simply answers support requests.
Responsibilities include:
- * Owning a portfolio of client accounts
- * Leading onboarding and recurring client calls
- * Monitoring client results and identifying problems
- * Managing expectations and difficult conversations
- * Coordinating deliverables across our internal team
- * Improving retention and client satisfaction
- * Identifying opportunities to expand successful accounts
You should have:
- * Exceptional spoken and written English
- * Strong presence on Zoom/phone calls
- * Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Recruiting or B2B client experience
- * Excellent organization and follow-through
- * Strong problem-solving ability
- * The confidence to challenge a client when necessary
- * A track record of taking ownership
Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month
Location: Remote — South Africa
Schedule: Must have substantial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
We’re looking for someone who can eventually become a leader within our Client Success function — not simply fill a seat.
Pay: R24 302,28 - R32 420,00 per month
